Product technology principle:
This product is specially designed for filtering and purifying diesel oil. According to the characteristics of light diesel oil, Dingneng high performance membrane filtration technology is used to filter and refine diesel oil. The selective passing characteristics of membrane technology can separate and filter impurities and water in diesel oil. The selective passing of filter element is to let oil molecules pass smoothly and retain water molecules and impurities, so as to separate oil and water and filter out diesel oil Impurity particles, gum and moisture can improve the cleanliness and quality of diesel fuel and improve the performance of diesel fuel.

The membrane filter element has a rigid structure, high pressure resistance, membrane wall thickness of 3-16mm, which belongs to deep-seated filtration. The pores in the membrane are of three-dimensional structure, and the pore precision can be controlled within (30 μ m-0.2 μ m). It can be effectively backwashed to restore the blocked pores. The filter element can be used repeatedly. Due to the characteristics of the filter membrane, the normal working pressure of the equipment is only 0.2-0.3map, with low pressure difference, large flow and high productivity It is a remarkable feature of this machine.

Oil water separation:
This equipment is suitable for filtering particles, colloids and free water in standard diesel oil. For seriously emulsified diesel oil, please select our DAF series special model to remove emulsified dissolved water.

Filter element material:
The diesel special membrane filter element is the core of Dingneng diesel oil filtration technology, and the filter element component is polymer membrane material; with the excellent characteristics of Dingneng filter membrane material, its service life is more than ten times or even longer than that of ordinary filter element.
The filter membrane does not need to be replaced frequently, which brings high economy and cost performance to customers.
Under normal use, the membrane filter element can be used for 2-3 years or longer. If the oil is particularly dirty, the service life may be shortened. The service life of the membrane filter element can be greatly improved by cleaning and maintaining the filter element at ordinary times.



Filter installation and connection:
The filter anchor and the ground are fixed with expansion bolts, and the filter is installed in series on the pipeline. There is a certain space around the filter to ensure that the working environment is safe and there is no hidden danger of open fire.

Filtration cost:
Due to its long service life, high cost performance, small floor area of filtration equipment, low power consumption, simple operation, low comprehensive energy consumption, material consumption, labor cost and maintenance cost, the total cost is quite low.

Reverse cleaning membrane device:
The filter is designed with a backwash system. When the oil filtering system is blocked, the pressure will rise, and the backwash system can automatically wash the impurities from the membrane pipe wall.

There is a back cleaning interface on the upper part of the filter. When the backwash effect is not ideal, it is necessary to use compressed air for back blowing to remove impurities in the filter membrane. Since the filter membrane is rigid, the backwashing method can blow the impurities off the membrane pipe wall, and at the same time, it can also blow most of the particles in the pores of the pores back out, so that the micro pores can be regenerated.

If it needs to be cleaned thoroughly, the quick opening top cover can be opened to clean the backwash filter membrane completely. The current filtration technology can not make the filter maintenance free forever. We can only prolong the service life of the filter membrane by innovating in the technical details. We need to regularly drain the impurities and water at the bottom of the tank and clean the filter membrane.

Selection and customization:

1. Why does diesel need filtration?

90% of the diesel engine failures are caused by the dirt and water in the diesel oil, so it is necessary to filter out the pollutants and water to reduce the cleanliness of the oil. Clean diesel can significantly reduce the failure rate of the engine, improve the efficiency, reduce the maintenance cost, and reduce the fuel consumption by 5-10%

2. About diesel oil:
The quality and cleanliness of diesel fuel is a key factor to ensure engine performance and service life. According to the Research Report of diesel engine manufacturers, 90% of diesel engine failures are caused by dirt and water in diesel. Although the diesel oil leaving the refinery is usually clean and up to the standard, the oil will be polluted after many times of storage and transportation, and the cleanliness of the oil will be reduced. It is necessary to filter these pollutants and water to reduce the cleanliness of the oil. Polluted diesel will increase the fuel consumption of engine by 5% - 20%, or even higher. For China, the problem of diesel pollution is more serious. According to the current cleanliness of China's diesel, "China III and country IV engines required by the state can not work normally. In addition, in order to meet the requirements of China's relatively dirty diesel, all foreign engines have reduced their use standards, and their exhaust emissions and fuel consumption are quite different from those of the same kind of foreign engines.". In China, diesel trucks account for only about a quarter of the total number of vehicles, but the proportion of particulate matter emissions accounts for nearly 80%. It is a major vehicle exhaust pollution. The use of clean diesel can greatly reduce the exhaust emissions of diesel vehicles and prolong the service life of engines.

3. Decolorization:
This model of product is not suitable for diesel oil decolorization. When the oil refinery uses this product, the color of diesel oil will be slightly lighter. This is because the transparency of diesel oil increases after the impurities are removed. The pigment in diesel oil can not be completely removed. To completely decolorize, please choose other methods.

4. Odor removal:
This type of filter can not remove the odor in diesel oil, so it is recommended to use other professional methods to remove the odor, such as chemical method, adsorption method, etc.

5. Refining process:
This type of product can not be used in the intermediate process of some small oil refineries. It can only be used as the terminal filtering equipment of diesel oil to refine the diesel oil to be delivered.
