Lubricating oil filter usage details
1. When the oil filter is started, the pump cannot be reversed to prevent the shaft seal of the oil suction pump from being blown out and causing air to be sucked in.
2. When the oil filter absorbs air, the exhaust valve should be opened in time, and the exhaust valve should be closed in time after the air is exhausted.
3. The sound of the pump becomes louder during the oil suction process. If the oil suction is not smooth, please consider whether the coarse filter in front of the pump is clogged. Take it out in time and clean it before use.
4. When the oil filter is used to a certain extent, the filter element inside will accumulate dirt, the pressure difference will increase, and the filtering capacity will decrease. When the pressure difference reaches 035Mpa, the filter element needs to be replaced.
5. If there is a problem with the operation of the oil filter or the filtration effect is not satisfactory, please contact the manufacturer in time for adjustment.
6. When purifying contaminated oil, be sure to control the temperature below 70 degrees. If the oil temperature is too high, you can stop the machine or use cooling water directly.
