The traditional turbine oil vacuum oil filter can only remove oil with a large water content, and is not suitable for purification of oil products that require higher water content indicators. Combining the coalescing oil filter with the turbine oil vacuum oil filter, when processing oil with a large water content, the coalescing dehydration process can be used alone to remove a large amount of water from the oil. When the water content in the oil is relatively low, Restart the vacuum dehydration and degassing process to reduce the water content in the oil to within the standard range. This turbine oil vacuum oil filter can meet various use occasions, with excellent performance and high purification treatment efficiency. It is a replacement product than the traditional coalescing separation oil filter.

1. Working process of turbine oil vacuum oil filter

The oil is filtered by the turbine oil vacuum oil filter and then sucked into the oil pump for pressurization. It is further filtered through the impurity filter tank, and then enters the precision filter, coalescing separation device, and regeneration device.

The coalescing separation tank is equipped with a coalescing filter element and an oil-water separation filter element. After the oil passes through the coalescing filter element made of special materials from the inside to the outside, the emulsified water and free water in the oil are accumulated by the water, and most of them are along the filter. The material surface sinks, and some particles with smaller diameter enter the separation part and slide along the surface of the separation filter element. The precipitated water gradually settles into the pool for centralized discharge. Coalescence and separation have strong water-separating ability. Through coalescence and separation, the affinity between oil and water is also loosened, which is conducive to deep dehydration.

The turbine oil vacuum oil filter regeneration device (1) has the functions of decolorization, regeneration and acidity reduction; (2) has the functions of decolorization and deep water removal. There are no pressure measuring points or alarm measuring points before and after each tank, and the filter element can be replaced regularly according to the pressure difference. The device does not have a running time design component. The user can set the running time as needed and it will automatically stop when the time comes. At this time, the system also has pressure control components, pressure difference display, automatic relief valve, etc.

2. Working principle of turbine oil vacuum oil filter

Turbine oil vacuum oil purifier is designed based on the different boiling points of water and oil. It consists of a vacuum heating tank, fine filter, condenser, primary filter, vacuum pump, oil drain pump and electrical cabinet.
