Structure of Oil purifier

Introduction: Oil filter is used in power plants, substations, power supply stations, oil depots and related enterprises to filter transformer oil, capacitor oil, spindle oil and insulating oil, remove impurities and moisture, and improve the pressure resistance of the oil. It has a very good purification effect on oil. It is a very ideal fuel-saving recycling equipment.




1. Main structural features

This machine is composed of gear pump, filter, safety valve, oil return valve, filter bed, rear bracket, chassis, tie rod, coupling, motor and other components. The gear pump, coupling and motor are installed on the chassis, and the filter is installed on the front side of the gear pump. An oil return valve is installed on the filter, and the filter bed is installed above the gear pump, in which filter plates and frames alternate in sequence to form a filter chamber. The filter paper is sandwiched between the filter plate and filter frame. The inlet and outlet hoses are connected to the inlet and outlet joints. When the oil is sucked in from the filter inlet, larger particles are removed through the filter, and then enters the gear pump. The gear pump rotates under the drive of the motor to generate squeezing force, causing the oil to enter the filter bed and penetrate through the filter paper to filter the oil. Then drain the oil from the oil outlet pipe. When the oil pressure exceeds the specified value. The safety valve starts immediately, allowing the oil to circulate on its own in the oil pump, and the oil pressure no longer rises to ensure the safety of the equipment. The oil sample valve is used to take oil samples for pressure resistance and other physical and chemical performance experiments. This machine adopts chassis roller structure. It can be moved by pulling the lever manually.

2. Operating procedures

1. The operator should be familiar with the performance and operation methods of this machine.

2. After the machine is started, the reading of the pressure gauge should be checked. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately for inspection.

3. Depending on the cleanliness of the oil, after circulating and filtering 2-3 times, open the oil sample valve and take samples for testing until it is qualified.

4. After working for a period of time, the pressure will rise to above 0.4Mpa or lower than the initial pressure. This is because the filter paper is broken or the remaining impurities have covered the entire filter paper and must be replaced.

5. The safety valve has been debugged before leaving the factory and must not be disassembled casually. If necessary, it must be inspected and passed before continued use.

6. If you find that the oil leakage position of the oil tank exceeds the cursor during work, you can open the oil return valve and drain the oil. Close the oil return valve.

7. After filtration, clean the machine, apply anti-rust oil, and place it in a dry and ventilated place.

3. Machine maintenance and upkeep

1. All sealing surfaces should be coated with anti-rust oil. (Such as filter plate, filter frame, front pressure plate, compression plate)

2. The filter screen, ladder screw, etc. should be cleaned and coated with anti-rust oil.

3. All pipe joints should be bandaged to prevent foreign matter from entering the pipe system.

4. During the movement, be sure to prevent collisions and overturning to avoid damage to the machine and reduce the working performance of the machine.
